Our accommodation is located in Dawlish Warren, South Devon.

Dawlish Warren is the ultimate family seaside resort - built on a spit of sand with the Exe estuary on one side and the sea on the other with golden sands and clean bathing waters. It has all the attractions of a traditional holiday getaway but in an outstanding natural environment.

Take a stroll along the sea wall from Dawlish Warren to Dawlish where, to one side you'll have beautiful sea views and to the other the famous train line running alongside. Dawlish is also well known to be the home of the Black Swans.

The site is easily accessed just 30 mins from the M5 at Exeter and is also very well connected by cross-country and GWR train networks (With several trains per day stopping at Dawlish Warren station which is just a 10 minute flat walk away)
